Chose Krungthep for its location near the Giant Swing. The bed in my Superior Double Room with Terrace felt super comfortable. Daily delivery of water and toiletries from staff was a nice touch. the room had issues. the shower heater was tricky, constantly needing manual adjustments. Only one towel provided made it inconvenient. The balcony wasn't usable in the heat, and the air conditioning was a must, as the room had no window. I appreciated the cleanliness and quiet, which allowed for uninterrupted sleep after a long travel day.

For a solo trip to explore the bustling streets of Bangkok, the stay was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with ample surface area for my belongings and a chilled fridge for my drinks. I particularly loved the on-site café where I indulged in the amazing Tom Yum Soup, and the nearby Sae Phun restaurant was a real gem! It's just a short walk to grab a delicious meal or head towards the Grand Palace and a few temples, making it easy to soak in the local culture.

Amidst the bustling activity, the spacious room offered a refreshing retreat with a fridge that kept drinks cool. Friendly staff catered to our needs, even navigating the occasional language barrier. Despite these positives, the cleaning service lagged, requiring reminders, and the window needed better security. Nearby food stalls and a massage parlour provided plenty of local dining and relaxation options.

would definitely come back there.
Super spacious room with air conditioning, a table to work at, and a private bathroom. There’s also a fridge, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Good toiletries provided, and I loved having my own balcony. The location is a gem with food options close by and easy access to attractions.

Perfect for solo travelers on a budget
The location is fantastic, cafes right outside and the marketplace is just down the street. I found a little place that serves the best Tom Yum soup, I felt like my taste buds were set on fire, in a good way.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still acceptable all things considered.

The location was perfect for my family! We could easily walk to Khosan Road and the Grand Palace, which my kids loved exploring. The staff were super friendly and accommodating with three small children.
In my wife’s opinion, the bathroom could use an upgrade.
